What’s new in 2019?

OMG where do we begin?! We have completely reimagined the experience and added all kinds of new activities, technology, installations, performances, and some really crazy-cool visuals. Here’s just a small sampling:

  • Immerse yourself in our interactive Northern Lights as you journey through the Fantastical Forest to The North Pole Village.
  • Snap those delicious pics in the refreshed Candy Cane Vortex & new life-sized Gingerbread Dreamhouse.
  • Fan-Fav Unicorn Dreams is back and more colorful than ever!
  • Play Yondo’s Snowpalooza – a virtual snowball fight that’s Yeti sized!
  • Slide down Puff’s Polar Plunge with all-new interactive lights & sounds. 
  • And for those 21 & over, enjoy signature adult beverages in our speakeasy… Santa’s Secret ‘Stache!

When do tickets go on-sale?

Tickets are on-sale NOW! Check out our Dates and Rates and pick the time that’s Fantastical for you!

I need help with ticketing and/or I’d like to swap for another time - who do I contact?

Please contact our ticketing partner Showclix for any and all ticketing questions or issues. They’ll be glad to help but please remember all ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Email support@showclix.com or visit showclix.com/contact.

Do you offer Group rates?

Sure do! A Group is 11 or more guests booked by one buyer for entry all at one time. Advance Group sales begin July 22nd, 2019. Book early to get the best days and times for your special outing! Please click here for a Group sales inquiry.

Can I have a party or special event there?

Yes. We would love to host your birthday, office party, or other special occasion. For larger events we have a limited number of nights available for buyouts – please inquire early and email us for more information.

Does it cost anything extra to see Santa?

We don’t charge anything extra to see Santa and you’re welcome to take your own photos and video! Please add a FREE Santa Visit to your order at checkout so we can save you a spot.

How do I add a Free Santa Visit to my order if I’ve already bought tickets?

Do you take cash or checks?

We accept all major credit cards and debit cards. Please note cash and checks aren’t accepted. We are a cashless experience.

Do you offer Free parking?

We have plenty of parking and here’s the best part, it’s Free! Plus, we are adjacent to the Sandy Springs Marta Station if you don’t feel like battling Atlanta traffic.

Is it a theme park?

Sorta…We’re a micro-theme park but we’re indoors so we don’t have any rollercoasters or thrill rides but there’s a lot of cool things to see and do. It’s more of an interactive & immersive museum of digital and performing arts with unique activities for all ages. And of course, we’ve got countless visually stunning installations perfect for the coolest photo ops. No selfie shame here!

Is this for kids or adults?

It’s super fun for all ages!  You’ll be awed by our cool interactive technology, beautiful visual displays, and incredible live performances. Our team of visual artists and technologist have designed something unlike any experience you’ll find anywhere in the World and we’re proud to call Atlanta home!

Is Santa’s Fantastical℠ handicap / wheelchair accessible?

We are fully ADA compliant but not all installations are accessible to those in wheelchairs. The only exhibits that are not wheelchair accessible are:

  1. Shasta RV camper (but there’s a great photo op in front of it)
  2. The slide in Yondo’s Yeti Yard

Can I drop my kids off?

Anyone under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult through our exhibitions.

Do I need to buy my baby a ticket?

Nope! In fact, kids 3 under are FREE!

When should I arrive for my time slot?

Please arrive about 10 minutes before your time-slot to allow for parking, security, bathroom or using our complimentary coat-check.  Santa’s Fantastical℠ is a timed entry experience that brings new people in every 15 minutes.  The doors will close for your time-slot approximately 7 minutes after it begins.  If you miss it we’ll do our best to get you in the next session but you’ll have to wait a few minutes. And of course, once you’ve entered our Fantastical world…stay as long as you like!

Can I take pictures?

Of course and absolutely! Matter of fact we encourage it. No selfie shame here. #santasfantastical

How long does it take to explore the place?

Most of our guests plan for a 60 to 75+ minute experience but stay as long as you like.

Are strollers allowed?

Yes, but please keep in mind we don’t have a lot of space to park them so you’ll need to keep them with you.

Do you allow pets?

We allow service animals but please leave other pets at home. Please email us if you have any questions.

Can I eat there?

Yes! Our very own Master Chef has developed a Fantastical menu of delicious seasonal treats that are as tasty as they are fun to eat. A variety of soft drinks and bottled water is available along with coffee and hot chocolate. Sorry, no outside food and drink permitted, unless it’s for infants.

Once isn’t enough! Do you offer any seasons tickets?

Yes we have a limited number of Seasonal Passes available (all ages) but they aren’t valid to see Santa. Seasonal Passes are sold on a first come, first served basis so get yours ASAP!

Will I be under surveillance video and subject to random security inspections?

Yes to both. We want Santa’s Fantastical℠ to be a super safe and secure environment. Other security measures will be in place too, even if you can’t see them.

Is it true you have Santa's super-secret, never-before-seen, Rocket Sleigh?

You’ll just have to make your way over to Santa’s hanger to see for yourself.  If it actually exists, and we’re not saying it does, hopefully it won’t be out on a test flight.
